Overview
The Land Cruiser returns for this year with some minor equpipment changes. It is again available in a single 4WD model powered by a 4.7L V8. This 235-hp V8 is now coupled to a new five-speed automatic transmission and has a mileage rating of 13 city, 16 highway. Other new features for 2003 include a power tilt and scope steering wheel, steering wheel audio controls, and a rear audio system with wireless headphone capabilities. New options include side curtain airbags, 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels, and a factory-installed Roof Rack & Running Boards Package. A Vehicle Navigation System is also offered as an option. Post Production Options (PPO) include a cargo net, a towing hitch, a rear seat entertainment system, and alloy wheel locks.
