Overview

The 1996 Saturn SC is available in two models -- SC1 and SC2 coupes. The 1996 SC sports a new look this year. Exterior changes to the SC line are small yet discernible. Saturn now makes standard on all models a new Sequential-port fuel injection system. All models come equipped with driver and front passenger 3-point active safety belts and airbags and meet 1997 side impact safety standards. New for 1996 all SC models come equipped with daytime running lights. The SC1 and SC2 models are available with a four-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission, traction control, cruise control, power locks (including remote keyless entry) and power windows. The SC2 offers optional leather appointments.
