Overview

The E-Class sedans are available in five models: E320, E320 4Matic, E430, E430 4Matic, and the E55 AMG. The 2002 models now features emergency trunk release that illuminates for 60 minutes after trunk lid is closed. The E430 upgrades the E320 to 4.3L V8 engine that produces 275 hp. The Sport Package option features 17-inch alloy wheels with high performance tires, round projector-beam fog lights and AMG designed front air dam. The E55 AMG features a 5.4L V8 engine, Xenon headlights, heated front seats, power rear sunshade and 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels. Optional features include a power sunroof and multi-contour front seats. A 6-disc CD changer and an integrated Motorola digital telephone with voice control are included with the K2a Package.
