The 1997 Continental is available as a single model. For 1997, Continental received only minor changes. Functional revisions include a single key system and standard traction control. With the exception of six new colors, the exterior remains unchanged. Standard on the Continental is the Memory Profile System. This system allows up to two drivers to personalize settings for functional and convenience equipment. Memory settings include but not limited to steering effort and ride control to conveniences such as radio stations, mirror positions and light settings. In addition, it is also able to update the drivers most recent preference.
