Overview

The 1998 Lexus LX 470 replaces the LX 450 and features a more powerful engine producing 230 horsepower and 320 ft-lb of torque. The LX 470 also features a much larger array of standard amenities such as an in-dash six-disc CD changer, heated outside mirrors and a Homelink Universal transmitter. The only optional feature is a tilt and slide power moonroof. Interior features include automatic climate control with rear seat controls, an in-dash six-disc CD changer and heated front seats. Daytime Running lamps, integrated front fog lights and auto-dimming electrochromic mirrors are standard safety features. Adjustable Height Control (AHC) allows the driver to adjust the vehicle ride height to three levels and is standard on the LX 470.
