Overview
Ford is celebrating its 100th anniversary with a 2005 production model of the GT, which ran for three years at LeMans in the 1960s, winning three years in a row. The GT coupe is a limited production model with only a planned 1000 models built a year. The GT comes equipped with a 5.4L V-8 DOHC super charged engine boasting 550 horsepower paired to a manual six-speed transmission with overdrive. Standard features include leather bucket seats, HID headlamps, Brembo power front and rear disk brakes, P235/45ZR18 front tires and P315/40ZR19 rear tires. Available options include painted brake calipers, painted racing stripes, and painted forged aluminum wheels. Also available is a McIntosh audiophile radio system with subwoofer.
