Overview
Ford's E-Series line of cargo vans enters the 2003 model year with minor overall changes. The E-Series is available as the E-150, E-250, or E-350 Super Duty. In addition, both the E-250 and E-350 are available with an extended body. Several powertrain options are available, depending on which model is specified. They range from a 4.2L 191-hp V6 up to the 7.3L Power Stroke turbo diesel, which generates 425 lb-ft of torque. All E-Series Cargo vans are equipped with air conditioning, anti-lock brakes, and dual front airbags. Customers can add available options such as aluminum wheels, all-around windows, a trailer towing group, and a six-disc in-dash CD changer. New this year, power mirrors with lamps are now standard on all models.
