Overview
Available in two models, 2WD and 4WD, the Explorer Sport Trac returns with minimal changes. Front and rear disc brakes with ABS are now standard on all models. Equipped with a 4ft. truck bed, this four-door utility vehicle seats five passengers. Three equipment groups are available: XLS, XLT, and XLT Premium. All models feature a 210 horsepower 4.0L SOHC V6. A five-speed automatic transmission is standard with XLT and XLT Premium equipment groups. Leather seating and a power moonroof are also available with the XLT Premium equipment group. Standard features include air conditioning, power door locks, and power windows. 4WD models are equipped with a two-speed electric shift-on-the-fly transfer case and automatic locking front hubs.
