Overview
The 2003 Mercury Sable is available in four models :GS Sedan, GS Wagon, LS Premium Sedan, and LS Premium Wagon. The GS Plus array can be added the the GS trim for added equipment. All GS models are equipped with a 157-hp V-6 engine, while the LS models are equipped with a 200-hp V-6 engine. Both engines are coupled to a four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Optional on all models, the Secure Package includes side-impact air bags and traction control. A Sable Platinum Feature Vehicle Package is also available (LS Premium models only). It offers perforated leather seats, satin aluminum wheels, a floor console, center stack, and satin aluminum trim. An anti-lock braking system remains a no-charge option on all models.
