Overview
The 2003 Ford F250 Crew Cab returns for this model year with a few minor upgrades. The Crew Cab continues to be available in XL, XLT, and Lariat trim levels in 2WD and 4WD. Improvements include the addition of a reverse proximity sensor available with the XLT Sport Package, and a 40/20/40 split bench seat with a fold down center console for XL models. The FX4 Off-Road Package and the Skid Plate Package have been added to four-wheel drive models. The FX4 Off-Road Package provides greater stability and protection by adding transfer case and fuel tank skid plates, a steering damper, and upgraded Rancho shock absorbers. To complete the list of changes for 2002, a new exterior color, Sonic Blue Metallic, has been added to the color pallette.
