Overview
The 2002 Saab 9-5 is available as a Sedan or SportWagon in three models each: Linear 2.3t, Arc 3.0t, and Aero. The Linear is powered by a 185-hp 2.3L engine, while the Aero has a 250-hp 2.3L engine. Both models feature a five-speed manual transmission or an optional five-speed automatic transmission. The Arc 3.0t is standard with a 200-hp 3.0L engine and the automatic transmission. A Premium Package containing a power passenger seat, driver seat memory, a Harmon-Kardon audio system, rear heated seats, and an auto-dimming mirror is optional on the Linear 2.3t and standard on all other models. A Touring Package is available on the Arc and Aero featuring Bi-Xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, and Saab Park Assist (delayed availability.)
