Overview

The Chrysler Town and Country returns for this model year with the introduction of the eL model. Available trimlines now include the eL, LX, eX, LXi, and Limited models. Upgrades for 2002 include adjustable pedals, rear seat radio controls, and the Electronic Convenience Group which features a tire pressure monitoring system and a vehicle information system. LXi and Limited models feature power driver and passenger-side sliding doors, heated outside mirrors, and an Infinity¿ Acoustic speaker system as standard equipment. All models feature several seating packages and LX models offer options such as automatic climate control, a remote keyless entry system, and an eight way power driver's seat. An optional 3.8L engine is available with LXi models.
