Overview

The X5 is now available in three models: 3.0i, 4.4i, and the new 4.6is. The new 4.6L V-8 engine boasts 340 horsepower and 350 lb-ft torque. The 4.6is features 20-inch cast alloy wheels, xenon headlights, park distance control, eight-way power seats, and heated front and rear seats. All X5 models are equipped traction control, dynamic brake control, and hill descent control, which reduces the vehicle's speed when driving down hills in rough terrain. The 3.0i and 4.4i offer an optional Sport Package, a Cold Weather Package, a Rear Climate Package, and a Premium Package. The Premium Package features a power moonroof, six-way power passenger seat, adjustable rear seatback, rain sensing wipers, and an on-board computer.
