Overview
The 2002 M-Class is available in three models ML320, ML500 and ML55 AMG. ML500 is a new replacement for the ML430 model. The ML 500 is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 engine with a power output of 288 horsepower. The M-Class received some exterior revisions such as the integrated auxiliary signals on the side mirrors, integrated front fog lamps, and clear halogen headlamps with projector beams. The rear exterior also received minor changes; the clear lens taillamp now features a new reflector and a new bumper. The interior received a new integrated vent on the rear console and a new instrument cluster layout. New Designo Packages, such as Pear, Savanna and Sable Edition, have been added to ML320 and ML500 models.
