Intellichoice Review
The Toyota 4Runner has been carried over with few changes for 2002. This five-passenger SUV is again available with 2WD or 4WD, and in either SR5 or Limited trim. The standard powertrain on all models is comprised of a 3.8L 183-hp V-6 engine coupled with a four-speed automatic transmission. 15-inch aluminum wheels have replaced last year's styled-steel wheels as standard equipment on the SR5 models. 16-inch aluminum wheels are standard on the Limited models and available at an extra cost on the SR5. Other available options include a rear heater, a power sunroof, leather seating, a premium stereo with a six-disc CD changer, and two separate SR5 upgrade packages that contain various exterior and interior trim improvements.
