Overview

For the 2002 model year, Chevrolet introduces the TrailBlazer to its model line-up. Three trims are available: LS, LT, and LTZ. All are available in 2WD or 4WD. All TrailBlazer models feature an all-new Vortec in-line six-cylinder engine that produces 270 horsepower and 275 lb.-ft. of torque. It is coupled to a 4-speed automatic transmission. Other standard items include power windows and locks, air conditioning, a PASSLock theft-deterrent system and an AM/FM radio with CD. The higher level LTZ trim is equipped with a premium sound system, premium leather seating surfaces, a content theft deterrent system, sport aluminum wheels and a driver convenience package. The Onstar Vehicle Communications system is standard on the LT and LTZ trims.
