The all-new 2002 Rendezvous is available in two trim levels, CX and CXL, in either front-wheel drive or Versatrak all-wheel-drive (AWD). Power is provided by a 3.4 liter V-6 engine boasting 185 horsepower at 5200 rpm and 210lb-ft of torque at 4000 rpm. The Rendezvous is one of the first models to showcase GM's all new enhanced heads-up display (HUD) system as an available option. Seven-passenger seating is available with the optional third row fold and stow seat. This third row seat also reclines and removable. The OnStar Communications system is available, as well as an optional Rear Parking Aid system. For safety, side airbags and four wheel disc four-channel anti-lock brakes are standard.
