The Grand Caravan offers two additional models to the lineup this year: the SE and EX. New features for 2001 include a removable center console, a 15 percent increase in horsepower on the 3.3L engine, and a 20 percent increase in horsepower on the 3.8L engine. Standard equipment includes cruise control, power door locks, a tilt steering column, and a sliding driver side rear door. Optional equipment includes the Sport Touring Group, the Smokers Group, and the Power Convenience Group. The Sport Touring Group contains a heavy-duty alternator, four-wheel disc brakes, and touring suspension.
