Overview
The 2001 Lanos is now available in a Sport model, in addition to the S hatchback and sedan models. The Sport hatchback features standard 14-inch alloy wheels, body-colored bumpers and molding, rear spoiler, air conditioning, leather wrapped steering wheel and shift knob, and leather seats. The optional S Package is now available on the S hatchback and sedan. This package includes power windows and locks, tilt steering, 100-watt AM/FM ETR cassette w/CD player, and variable intermittent windshield wipers. An automatic transmission is available on all models. Air conditioning and 14-inch alloy wheels are available on S models. Standard equipment includes a 60/40 split folding rear seat, AM/FM stereo cassette and driver and passenger air bags.
