Overview

The Sephia is again available in two models: Base and LS. Kia introduces a new warranty package for this year with a five-year/60,000-mile limited basic, a ten-year/100,000-mile powertrain and a five-year/unlimited-mileage roadside assistance plan. New safety features include child seat anchors, an internal emergency trunk release, and larger brakes. Dual airbags, power-assisted brakes, and four-wheel independent suspension are also standard on the Sephia. The LS model features power steering, full wheel covers, a passenger vanity mirror, and a split-folding rear seat. New exterior colors for this year include Slate Blue, Silver, Pepper Red and Stone Beige. An automatic transmission is available as an option.
