Overview

The Montero Sport 2WD returns for this year available in five models: ES, LS, 3.5XS, XLS, and Limited. The new 3.5XS model comes equipped with a 3.5L V-6 engine, cruise control, alloy wheels, and sport fabric. Each model also now comes equipped with an onboard refueling vapor recovery system and child seat anchors. The LS model receives new equipment including a keyless entry system, roof rails, fender flares, and side steps. The optional Preferred Equipment Package, available on the XLS, includes a limited slip differential, a sunroof, and an Infinity premium sound system with diversity antenna. The Limited model upgrades by adding heated outside mirrors, a rear heater, a wood grain instrument panel, and heated leather front seats.
