Overview
The Dakota is available in 2WD and 4WD, and in four trim lines: (Base), Sport, SLT and R/T. Standard equipment for all models includes an AM/FM cassette stereo, front stabilizer bars, and power rack and pinion steering. Optional equipment available on the Regular Cab includes the Power Convenience Group. On the Club Cab, the Tire and Handling Group and the Trailer Tow Group are optional. Finally, optional equipment for the Quad Cab includes a Sport Plus Group. The Tire and Handling Group comes equipped with front and rear stabilizer bars, P265/70R16 tires, wheelflares, and 16-inch aluminum wheels. The Power Convenience Group comes equipped with keyless entry, power locks, and power windows with driver one-touch down feature.
