Overview
The F150 SuperCab line-up has dropped the Work Truck Series as a separate model and replaced it with the optional Work Truck Group (which deletes certain content from the XL). The Lariat now includes dual illuminated visor mirrors, while the XLT adds a leather-wrapped steering wheel, color-keyed carpeting and floor mats, keyless remote entry, and an AM/FM stereo with CD player to its standard equipment list. New standard safety equipment on all models includes child seat anchors and four-wheel anti-lock brakes. The optional 4.6L V-8 engine receives additional 20 horsepower, increasing its output to 240-hp. Sound systems were also upgraded in each trim. Dark Highland Green and Arizona Beige are two new exterior colors offered this year.
