Overview
The Nissan Altima 2.5 last had a manufacturer update on 10/01/2009. Freshened for the 2010 model year, the Nissan Altima continues in sedan and coupe bodystyles (a hybrid model is also available). Updates to the sedan line-up include the elimination of manual transmissions and the 3.5 SL trim in order to simplify the offering for the consumer. Exterior updates see a larger hood, revised grill and front fascia, and rear license plate finisher. New alloy wheels are available, as well as two new exterior color choices. The new 3.5 SR trim is replacing the 2009 SE. All Altima models now have vehicle stability control as standard. Interior improvements for this year consist of updated fabrics, a new gauge cluster, and transmission shifter design. The Nissan Altima 2.5 was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
