Overview
The Jeep Compass Limited 2WD last had a manufacturer update on 10/19/2009. The 2010 Jeep Compass is carried over from last year with no major changes. Available in Sport and Limited trims with either 2WD or 4WD, the Compass Sport 2WD now features the 2.0L World Engine, which delivers 29 MPG estimated highway mileage. Front driver and passenger seats now have standard active head restraints and remote vehicle start of made available through the purchase of the Security Group. Compass Limited models now have an optional automatic climate control available for purchase. Four-wheel drive models feature Jeep's active drive system called Freedom Drive I ™ which has a lockable electronically controlled coupling to increase handling capability in low traction situations. The Jeep Compass Limited 2WD was introduced in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
