Overview
The BMW X5 xDrive35d last had a manufacturer update on 10/01/2009. The 2010 X5 is available in four trims: xDrive 30i, xDrive 48i, 35d and M. The xDrive 30i equipped with a 260 horsepower 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine while the xDrive 48i receives a 4.8L V8 engine that produces 350 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque. The new 35d boasts BMW's 265-hp 3.0L Turbo Diesel engine while the M is equipped with a 4.4L twin-turbocharged V8 engine generating 555 horsepower. All engines are mated to a six-speed Steptronic automatic transmission. Standard features include dual-zone automatic climate control, adaptive speed control, remote controlled power windows, and Xenon adaptive high intensity discharge headlights. Available packages include the Sport Package, Active Ventilated Seat Package, Premium Package, and Technology Package. The BMW X5 xDrive35d was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
