Overview
The Cadillac Escalade ESV AWD last had a manufacturer update on 10/19/2009. For 2010, the Cadillac Escalade is carried over from the previous model year with a number equipment changes across the model line. Available in short or long wheelbase (ESV) and extended cab (EXT) bodystyles, the Escalade is also offered in a Platinum trim level, as well a hybrid version. Equipment updates for this year include standard Active Fuel Management technology, a locking steering column for increased security, standard side thorax air bags for the outboard seating positions, improved inner door design for increased side impact protection, and a battery saver mode which powers down the vehicle battery when needed after extended use of the accessories. All models now feature the analog clock previously only offered on the Platinum Edition. Two new exterior color choices are also available: Silver Lining and Blue Chip. The Cadillac Escalade ESV AWD was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
