Overview
The Lexus IS 350C last had a manufacturer update on 06/01/2009. All new for 2010, the Lexus IS Convertible is available in three trims--250C with manual or automatic, and 350C. The IS C features an aluminum three piece hardtop roof which is activated through a single switch. When retracted, the roof entirely disappears, with no part remaining in view. When the top is opening or closing, the power windows will automatically lower if in the "up" position. The IS C's air conditioning system will also adjust to the outside temperature when the roof is down to maintain driver comfort. In order to attain the desired level of vehicle strength and rigidity for a convertible, necessary modifications were made to enhance the IS sedan body structure. To provide ease of access to the rear seats, the doors are 11.8 inches longer than in the sedan, and an optional one-touch power slide feature is available. The Lexus IS 350C was introduced in 2010; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
