Overview

The Ford Edge SEL AWD last had a manufacturer update on 01/15/2009. The 2009 Edge is available in four trims: SE, SEL, Limited, and Sport in either 2WD or intelligent AWD configurations. All models are powered by a 265 horsepower 3.5L V6 engine coupled to a six-speed automatic transmission. The new Sport trim includes 22-inch wheels and an eight-piece body kit for a sportier look and feel. Technology updates include the latest version of SYNC and next generation navigation system with SIRIUS™ Travel Link, which gives drivers and passenger's access to up-to-the-minute information and entertainment including coast-to-coast coverage of real-time traffic and weather reports. Additional available options on the Edge include a Panoramic Vista roof, power liftgate, and reverse sensing system. The Ford Edge SEL AWD was introduced in 2007, and minor changes are expected in 2011.
