Overview
The GMC Savana 2500 Cargo Van Regular last had a manufacturer update on 05/08/2009. The 2009 GMC Savana cargo van is available in 1500 in either RWD or AWD configuration, 2500 and 2500 Extended. The 1500's are powered by either a 195 horsepower 4.3L V6 engine or a 300 horsepower 5.3L V8 engine. The 2500's are equipped with either a 279 horsepower 4.8L V8 engine, a 323 horsepower 6.0L V8 engine or a 6.6L Duramax turbo-diesel V-8 engine that produces 250 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. All engines are mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Standard features on all models include air conditioning, daytime running lights, driver's information center, four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock braking system, and tire pressure monitoring system.
