Overview
The GMC Savana 1500 LS Passenger Wagon RWD last had a manufacturer update on 05/08/2009. The 2009 GMC Savana passenger van is available in 1500 in either RWD or AWD configuration, 2500, 3500 and 3500 Extended. All 1500's are powered by a 300 horsepower 5.3L V8 engine while the 2500's and 3500's receive a 6.0L V8 engine that produces 319 horsepower and 367 lb-ft of torque. Both engines are mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. Standard features on all models include air conditioning, automatic headlights, driver's information center, four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock braking system, and StabiliTrak electronic stability control system. An LT Option package is also available and adds rear air conditioning, Chrome Appearance Package, carpeting, deluxe console with covered storage, Convenience Package, keyless remote control entry system, and deluxe bucket seats.
