Overview
The Nissan Titan Crew Cab XE 2WD Long Bed last had a manufacturer update on 07/29/2008. The 2009 Nissan Titan is entering its fifth production year and is available in King and Crew Cab bodystyles with 2WD or 4WD, short or long wheelbase and four different bed lengths. As a no charge option, consumers may choose the Flexible Fuel Vehicle designation which allows the vehicle to run on E85 Ethanol. The Titan is powered by a 5.6L "Endurance" V8 which produces 317 horsepower and 385 lb-ft of torque. It's mated with a standard 5-speed automatic giving the vehicle a maximum towing capacity of 9500 lbs. The PRO-4X model features a special off-road equipment package which includes upgraded shocks, lower final gear ration, unique interior and exterior treatments and additional skid plates for underbody protection. The Nissan Titan Crew Cab XE 2WD Long Bed was introduced in 2004 and a redesign is expected in 2011.
