Overview
The Volvo C30 R-Design (Manual) last had a manufacturer update on 07/18/2008. The Volvo C30 is carried over from the previous year and is available for 2009 in either Base or R-Design trims. Launched three years ago, it was based on the SCC concept car previewed in 2001. The C30 is targeted towards younger buyers with a sporty focus and an active lifestyle. New available features for this year include 'auto fold feature' for the power folding retractable side mirrors, Homelink system, a fuel-operated engine heater, Bluetooth compatibility, and a single new color--Savile Grey Pearl. The C30 is equipped with the same safety systems as the S40 and V50 models. Side impact protection, advanced suspension and a system which helps avoid whiplash injury are standard. Dual Xenon headlamps are optional. The Volvo C30 R-Design (Manual) was introduced in 2008; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
