Overview
The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid 2WD last had a manufacturer update on 07/13/2009. Cadillac's full-size luxury SUV returns for 2009 initially available in three trims: 2WD, AWD, and ESV. Later in the model year, a Hybrid model will be unveiled. All Escalade models are powered by a 6.2L HO V8 engine, producing 403 horsepower, coupled to a six-speed heavy-duty automatic transmission. Standard luxury amenities include automatic air conditioning, aluminum wheels, heated leather bucket seats, and a Bose stereo system with six-disc CD changer. Other options on the Escalade include an Entertainment System, infrared tinted windows, upgraded wheels, and several luxury option packages. The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid 2WD was last redesigned in 2007; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
