Overview
The Buick LaCrosse CX last had a manufacturer update on 02/18/2009. The Buick LaCrosse returns for 2009 initially available in three trims, CX, CXL, and Super. Engine choices include the standard 200-hp 3.8L V6 engine or the 5.3L V8 engine boasting 300 horsepower and 323 ft-lbs of torque. Standard amenities include a driver's information center, OnStar communication with hands-free telephone, and remote control engine start. The Super adds heated mirrors and rear parking sensors. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, and front and rear head curtain airbags. LaCrosse options include chrome aluminum wheels, Bluetooth technology, a six-disc CD changer, and a power glass moonroof. The Buick LaCrosse CX was introduced in 2005 and a redesign is expected in 2010.
