Overview
The BMW 128 i last had a manufacturer update on 06/01/2008. For 2008, BMW introduces the 1-Series convertible in two trims: 128i and 135i. The 128i comes powered by a 3.0L 230-hp V6 engine; while the 135i comes in a 3.0L 300-hp V6 engine. Both trims come paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Standard amenities include remote control engine start, heated mirrors, rear spoiler, and moon roof. Optional features include heated seats, rear parking sensors, BMW assist, and navigation system. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, heated rain-sensing windshield wipers, dual front airbags, front and rear head curtain airbags, and front side impact airbags. An optional Sport Package offers Shadowline exterior trim, sport bucket seats, and rear run flat tires. The BMW 128 i was introduced in 2008; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
