Overview

The Lexus IS 250 RWD (Auto) last had a manufacturer update on 06/01/2009. The Lexus IS enters 2009 available in several trims: IS 250 RWD, IS 250 AWD (in both automatic and manual transmissions), IS 350 RWD, and the new IS F. The IS 250 models are powered by a 2.5L 204-hp V6 engine, while the IS 350 is powered by a 306-hp 3.5L V6 engine. The IS F boasts a 5.0L V8 producing 416 horsepower and 371 ft-lbs of torque. Standard features include keyless remote entry, privacy glass, heated mirrors, and moon roof. Optional features include parking sensors, pre-collision system, and DVD-based voice-activated navigation system. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, front and rear head curtain airbags, and front side impact airbags. The Lexus IS 250 RWD (Auto) was last redesigned in 2006 and the next major change is expected in 2012.
