Overview
The Hyundai Tucson GLS (Auto) last had a manufacturer update on 02/21/2008. For 2008, the Hyundai Tucson returns with little change. The Tucson is available in a GLS (automatic and manual transmissions), SE, and Limited (in 2WD and 4WD configurations). The GLS comes powered by a 2.0L 140-hp engine; whereas the SE and Limited come equipped with a 2.7L 173-hp V6 engine. Standard features include keyless remote entry, heated outside mirrors, roof rails, and privacy glass. The SE and Limited add to that standard list: tire pressure monitor, heated leather seats, and a AM/FM six-disc CD changer with MP3 capabilities. Safety features include a six air bag restraint system: dual front airbags, front and rear head curtain airbags, and front side impact airbags. The Hyundai Tucson GLS (Auto) was introduced in 2005 and a redesign is expected in 2010.
