Overview

The Mazda Mazda6 s Grand Touring last had a manufacturer update on 07/01/2008. The 2008 Mazda6 comes available in a sedan and hatchback body styles. There is an array of trims to select from including: i Sport, i Sport Value Edition, i Touring, i Grand Touring, s Sport, s Touring, and s Grand Touring. All i models come powered by a 2.3L four-cylinder 156-hp engine; whereas all s models come powered by a 3.0L 212-hp V6 engine. A sport grille, rear spoiler, moon roof, heated mirrors, and heated seats come as standard on the Grand Touring models. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, front and rear head curtain airbags, and front side impact airbags. A Chrome Appearance Package offering chrome rear finisher and chrome body side moldings is available on all sedan models. The Mazda Mazda6 s Grand Touring was introduced in 2003 and a redesign is expected in 2009.
