Overview

The Lexus SC 430 last had a manufacturer update on 06/01/2009. For 2009, the Lexus SC convertible returns available in a single trim: SC 430. The SC comes powered by a 4.3L 288-hp V8 engine, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Standard amenities include privacy glass, heated mirrors, powered retractable roof, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, and DVD-based voice-activated navigation system. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, dual front knee airbags, and front side impact airbags. The optional Pebble Beach Special Edition Package offers badging, unique front and rear floor mats, Birds-Eye maple wood interior trim, rear spoiler, run flat tires, and six-spoke alloy wheels. The Lexus SC 430 was introduced in 2002 and is scheduled to be retired in 2010.
