Overview
The Porsche Boxster last had a manufacturer update on 04/01/2008. The Porsche Boxster returns for 2008 available in two trims: base and S. The base model is equipped with a 2.7L 245-hp V6 engine mated to a five speed manual transmission; while the S receives an upgraded 3.4L V6 engine that now produces 295-hp from last years 280-hp. The S comes paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Standard interior amenities on both models include all power conveniences, aluminum look interior trim, on-board computer, and AM/FM stereo with CD. Standard exterior amenities include heated mirrors, glass rear window, automatic power soft top roof, and an automatic retractable rear spoiler. Optional features include heated seats, wind deflector, rear parking sensors, and a removable hard top roof. The Porsche Boxster was last redesigned in 2005; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
