The Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren last had a manufacturer update on 01/09/2008. The Formula 1 inspired, limited edition Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren returns for yet another year. The SLR is powered by a 5.4L Supercharged V8 engine producing 617 horsepower, 575 lb-ft of torque, and a 0-60 time of less than 3.8 seconds. It is capable of reaching speeds in excess of 200 miles per hour. Lightweight body material and AMG mechanics only add to this coupes racecar-like look and feel. For 2008, Mercedes-Benz adds the SLR Roadster to the SLR line-up.
