Overview

The Nissan Xterra Off-Road 4WD (Auto) last had a manufacturer update on 07/08/2008. Nissan's intermediate sport utility returns for 2008 available in four trims: X, S, Off-Road, and SE. The Xterra, offered in both 2WD and 4WD, is powered by a 261-hp 4.0L engine coupled to either a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. Standard equipment across the board includes a split-folding rear seat, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, stability control, power convenience features, cruise control, remote keyless entry, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror. Optional features on the Xterra include side curtain airbags, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a Rockford Fosgate premium stereo system, and an iPod jack. The Bluetooth hands-free technology is now also available as an option. The Nissan Xterra Off-Road 4WD (Auto) was last redesigned in 2005; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
