Overview
The Toyota Highlander Hybrid 4WD last had a manufacturer update on 05/08/2008. For 2008 the all-new Toyota's crossover Hybrid is a larger, roomier, quieter SUV. The Highlander Hybrid returns available in two trims, base and Limited, which both come equipped with the all-wheel drive system. Models come powered by a 3.3L V6 Hybrid engine, producing 270 horsepower, paired to a five-speed automatic transmission. Standard features include keyless remote entry, privacy glass, and roof rails with crossbars. A rear entertainment system, a DVD-based navigation system, and a moon roof are all optional. Safety features include a tire pressure monitor, dual front airbags, front and side impact airbags, knee airbags, and roll sensing side curtain airbags. The Toyota Highlander Hybrid 4WD was last redesigned in 2008; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
