Overview

Arriving new for last year, the Honda Fit returns for 2008 available in four trims: base and Sport in both automatic and manual transmissions. This five-door hatchback is powered by a 1.5-liter 109-horsepower VTEC engine. Standard amenities across the board include all power conveniences, air conditioning, tinted glass, and dual front and side airbags with side curtain airbags. A leather-wrapped steering wheel, keyless remote entry, rear roof spoiler, and an AM/FM stereo with CD and MP3 capabilities comes standard on the Sport models. The Sport, with automatic transmission, adds as standard features such as steering wheel mounted paddle shifters and a sport-mode gear indicator.
