Overview

The Volvo XC70 3.2 last had a manufacturer update on 04/01/2008. For 2008, the Volvo XC70 is available in a single trim--3.2 wagon. Designating the size for the 235hp engine, it produces 236 lb.-ft. of torque. Dubbed all-new by the maker, the XC70 features such standard equipment as Hill Descent Control, premium sound system, 6-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. Options on the XC70 include Blind-Spot Alert system, remote engine start, rear entertainment system, navigation system and adaptive cruise control. Eight exterior colors are available including Lunar Gold, Ice, Barents Blue, Willow Green and Lava Sand Metallic. Standard safety features include side impact and head curtain airbags, engine immobilizer and traction control. Volvo expects to sell about 19,000 XC70 vehicles in the North American market. The Volvo XC70 3.2 was last redesigned in 2008; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
