Overview

The Lexus IS 250 AWD last had a manufacturer update on 08/01/2008. The 2008 Lexus IS returns available in several trims: IS 250 2WD, IS 250 4WD (in both automatic and manual transmissions) and the IS 350. The IS 250's are powered by a 2.5L 204-hp V6 engine; whereas the IS 350 is powered by a 306-hp 3.5L V6 engine. Standard features include keyless remote entry, privacy glass, heated mirrors, and moon roof. The IS 250 4WD adds as standard, heated and ventilated seats. Optional features include parking sensors, pre-collision system, and DVD-based voice-activated navigation system. Safety features include tire pressure monitor, trunk entrapment release, dual front airbags, front and rear head curtain airbags, and front side impact airbags. The Lexus IS 250 AWD was last redesigned in 2006; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
