Overview
The Mitsubishi Eclipse SE (Manual) last had a manufacturer update on 06/02/2008. The Eclipse coupe returns for 2008 available in three trims: GS, GT, and SE. Updates for this model year consist of the GT receiving standard 18-inch alloy wheels, Sirius satellite radio has been added to the optional Rockford-Fosgate(R) Premium Audio system, and all models are now equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system. The base GS is equipped with a 162 horsepower 2.4L in-line four-cylinder engine while the performance oriented GT boasts a 3.8L V-6 engine that generates 263 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Standard features on the GS include a CD/MP3-capatible stereo system, 17-inch alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, an alarm system, and power convenience features. The sportier GT is upgraded with a stainless-steel exhaust system, fog lights, traction control, and performance-tuned suspension. The Mitsubishi Eclipse SE (Manual) was last redesigned in 2006; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
