Overview

The Saab 9-5 Aero last had a manufacturer update on 12/19/2007. The Saab 9-5 returns for 2008 available in two models: 2.3T and Aero, in both sedan and wagon bodystyles. Both models are powered by a 2.3L 260-hp Turbo engine, mated to a five speed automatic transmission. Standard amenities include heated seats, keyless remote entry, climate controlled glove box, OnStar communication system, moon roof, and memory for outside mirrors and drivers seat. The Aero adds as new this year, matte chrome roof rails and 17-inch wheels. A Visibility Package is available on both models and includes HID headlights with automatic leveling, heated mirrors, and rear parking assist. Two new exterior colors have been added to the palette: Pepper Green and Snow Silver. The Saab 9-5 Aero saw minor changes in 2007, and is expected to be redesigned in 2010.
