Overview

The Mazda RX-8 Grand Touring (Auto) last had a manufacturer update on 10/01/2007. The 2008 RX-8 is available in four trims: Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, and 40th Anniversary Edition. The RX-8 comes equipped with a 1.3L rotary engine, while a six-speed manual or sport automatic transmission completes the powertrain. Standard amenities across the board include keyless entry remote, power convenience features, anti-lock brakes, sport suspension, aluminum wheels, and a tire pressure monitoring system. The higher trims upgrade by adding a power glass moonroof, leather seating, and a Bose premium sound system. The optional Appearance Package equips a front air dam and side and rear Aero flares. Other options on the RX-8 include a DVD-based navigation system, a rear spoiler, a satellite radio, and several cargo solutions. The Mazda RX-8 Grand Touring (Auto) was introduced in 2004; no information is currently available on upcoming changes.
